Andriy Tabinskyy

Andriy Tabinskyy is an expert in the field of international cooperation and investment policy. Has the 6th rank of civil servant, as well as the diplomatic rank of attaché.

Since January 1, 2024 - the Executive director of the Association of of Local Self-Government Bodies "Association of Coal Communities of Ukraine".

He has 3 university degrees in the specialty "Diplomatic Service and International Organizations", which he graduated with honors, as well as "Law" of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Bologna in Italy.

His professional experience began in 2016 when he took the position of Consultant to the Head of the Lviv Regional State Administration. After that, he worked for a year in the Department of International Technical Assistance and International Cooperation of the Lviv Regional State Administration, starting as a Chief Specialist, then progressing to Head of the Department, Head of the Administration, and Acting Director of the Department. From 2016 to 2017, he also served as the Third Secretary in the position of First Secretary at the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in Lviv.

From 2017 to 2018, he was the director of LLC "Pure Power", and in the same company in 2019, he held positions as deputy director and later head of the investment policy department.

From 2018 to 2019, he was the director of LLC "Hlyniany Energy".

Since 2019, he has been an external advisor to the head of the Lviv Regional State Administration on international cooperation and investment policy.
