Biography
Oksana Tomashuk is an expert with 16 years of experience in the legal field, 14 of which in state executive authorities and local self-government bodies.
Since March 1, 2024 - Deputy Executive Director of the Association of Local Self-Government Bodies "Association of Coal Communities of Ukraine".
During her professional career, she has participated in the development of proposals for draft regulatory acts and has experience in legal and anti-corruption expertise of documents, summarizing the practice of legislation application, litigation work, and representation in courts, preparation of analytical, informational, methodological materials, conducting organizational events related to the activities of government bodies.
She has successfully completed training in project cycle management, partnership building and resource mobilization, and exchange of experience abroad, including in France, Austria, and the USA.
She is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Regional and Local Development of the Institute of Administration, Public Administration and Professional Development of Lviv Polytechnic National University.
Oksana Tomashuk has 2 university degrees in "Law" at Ivan Franko Lviv National University and "Public Management and Administration" at Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
She began her professional career as a legal adviser at a municipal enterprise of the city council in 2008, where she worked for 2 years.
Since 2010 to 2015, she worked as a lawyer in the local self-government body - Shevchenko District Administration of Lviv City Council.
In 2015, she became the Deputy Head of the Legal Department, Deputy Head of the Legal Department of the Apparatus of Lviv Regional State Administration, and since 2017, the Deputy Head of the Apparatus of Lviv Regional State Administration, where she worked until February 2024.
