A Year of Successful Partnership
A meeting took place between the Association of Coal Communities of Ukraine and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ). The participants discussed shared achievements, projects initiated over the past year, and agreed on a list of future goals and next steps.
“GIZ is precisely the kind of partner that truly cares about Ukraine and makes every effort to ensure that coal communities experience a successful and consistent process of just transition. Next year, our cooperation will only deepen. A new phase of GIZ Ukraine project lies ahead, which will include the implementation of numerous initiatives aimed at achieving ambitious goals in coal regions,” stated Andriy Tabinskyy, head of the Association of Coal Communities of Ukraine.
