Communities will be able to apply for project funding from the State Regional Development Fund (SRDF)
Starting from September 1, communities will be able to apply for project funding from the State Regional Development Fund (SRDF).
Priority areas for funding include:
– education;
– healthcare;
– water supply and wastewater management;
– public safety;
– administrative services.
Priority will be given to projects with a budget not exceeding 50 million UAH and those that can be completed by the end of 2025.
Main conditions for receiving funding:
– the project must align with the regional development strategy;
– the building or facility must be owned by the state or the community;
– up-to-date project documentation is required;
– at least 10% of the project cost must be co-financed from local budgets;
– the project must be included in the Unified Project Portfolio for Public Investments for 2025.
Projects funded with public money must remain in state or communal ownership and be used for their intended purpose for at least 20 years after completion.
Application period: September 1–10 (via the DREAM system).
