Continuation of project management training for representatives of coal communities

The Association of Coal Communities of Ukraine, in cooperation with the NGO Civil Society Development Forum, held the second part of the training.

During the online session, project managers from coal communities together with trainer methodologist Oleksii Kovalenko focused on key elements of effective project management — indicative indicators, monitoring, and evaluation of results.

Participants explored approaches to measuring outcomes, reviewed examples of effective indicative indicators, and analyzed the project concepts they had developed during the training. They also discussed how to ensure that projects address the real needs of residents while meeting donor requirements.

Such sessions help communities strengthen their capacity, improve the quality of project proposals, and implement changes that create real impact.
