Exploring the coal micro-regions potential in the context of new economic sectors and business opportunities development
CEO of the Association of Coal Communities of Ukraine, Andriy Tabinskyy, took part in a discussion event focused on exploring the coal micro-regions potential in the context of new economic sectors and business opportunities development.
The event highlighted key growth sectors aimed at strengthening the economic resilience of coal-dependent micro-regions. Discussions focused on business development, attracting investment, and launching high-quality projects to support the economic diversification of coal communities in Lviv region, within the framework of the region’s Just Transition Plan.
The event was held at the initiative of the Lviv Regional State Administration and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection.
