Grant of up to UAH 150,000 for the Development of Agri-Processing for Women Entrepreneurs
The Women’s Opportunities in Ukraine Charitable Foundation has announced a call for applications for the FemAgro 2.0. Manufactory program, aimed at supporting women-led micro-businesses in the agri-processing sector.
The goal of the program is to help women entrepreneurs transition from “home-based” production to a professional level, modernise mini-production facilities, and strengthen the economic role of women in rural areas.
What the grant offers:
– funding of up to UAH 150,000;
– funds may be used for modernising mini-production facilities, marketing activities, and implementing HACCP food safety standards;
– participation in an online educational program delivered by hands-on industry experts;
– mentoring support and business idea pitching.
Who can apply:
– Ukrainian citizens residing in territories controlled by the Government of Ukraine;
– women with an active business registered as a sole proprietor (FOP), a farm enterprise, or a limited liability company (LLC);
– women entrepreneurs engaged in or planning to develop a micro-business in the processing of plant-based products;
– applicants who are ready to create at least one new job within six months after receiving the grant.
