Grant opportunities for businesses of the Chervonohrad coal region

More than 50 people took part in today's event on attracting grant funding in Chervonohrad.

The Association of Coal Communities of Ukraine in cooperation with Chervonohrad City Council gathered business representatives of Chervonohrad Coal Microregion to introduce current opportunities for grant funding and prepare the company for participation in grant projects.

"The fact that today's event was attended by so many entrepreneurs is a sign that local small and medium-sized businesses, firstly, have an urgent need and interest in international donor assistance, and secondly, can offer many promising ideas that are worth funding," stated Andriy Tabinskyy.

The speaker of today's event, Grant Manager of the Association Oksana Vikhot, described in detail the mechanisms of cooperation with the Association and told the participants about successful cases of companies that have already received international grants.

"Grant support of the Association's specialists for enterprises of coal communities is absolutely free at all stages. So, if your business idea is really promising and well-thought-out, we will do our best to help you find funding. For today, our team has submitted projects totaling more than 20 million UAH. We have already managed to raise almost 2,600,000 UAH and 2 more projects worth more than 4,500,000 UAH are at the stage of agreeing on a financing period," stated Oksana Vikhot.
