Grant up to €3,000 for craft producers and service microbusinesses
Applications are now open for a grant program supporting small businesses, implemented by Help – Help-Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. in Ukraine as part of a project assisting war-affected households and entrepreneurs.
Objective: Procurement of equipment, tools, and partially materials to restore or stabilize microbusiness operations.
Who can apply:
- Internally displaced persons (IDPs)
- Residents of communities affected by hostilities who have lost their livelihoods
- Veterans (for starting or restoring a business)
Key requirements:
- Sole proprietorship (FOP) registered no later than January 1, 2026
- Business affected by the war and in need of equipment
- Operations located in government-controlled territories of Ukraine
- Up to 10 employees
- Assets not exceeding €350,000
- No criminal record related to corruption or fraud
- Veterans may register as FOP prior to signing the grant agreement
Eligible business types:
- Craft production (food, textiles, woodworking, etc.)
- Service microbusinesses (repairs, бытові послуги → household services, workshops)
- Activities where equipment is essential for operations
Eligible expenses:
- Equipment and tools
- Materials — up to 10%
- Inventory and components — up to 20%
- Bank fees are eligible
This grant is designed for entrepreneurs who need equipment to restore or stabilize their microbusiness after the impact of the war.
