How to Implement a Successful Project: Experience Exchange Among Coal Communities

The coal communities of Ukraine continue their journey of just transition, successfully implementing various projects that positively impact the quality of life for their residents.  

Today, representatives and leaders of coal communities gathered to present the results of their work, share the journey from idea to implementation, exchange experiences, and learn from the successes of their colleagues.  

"The Association was created to unite coal-dependent communities and establish comfortable living conditions for their residents. Many challenges and tasks are similar across coal communities in different regions. It is great that we have the opportunity to meet, allowing everyone to both share their achievements and gain valuable insights from others' success stories," stated Andriy Tabinskyy, CEO of the Association of Coal Communities of Ukraine.
