More opportunities to start and grow a business in 2026
From January 1, 2026, the “Vlasna sprava” program will be launched with updated and increased grant amounts. This means even more opportunities for Ukrainians to start their own businesses or scale existing ones.
Up to UAH 100,000 — for those planning to register as a sole proprietor (FOP) without creating jobs.
Up to UAH 200,000 — for creating one job, and up to UAH 350,000 — for creating two jobs.
Young people aged 18–25 can receive up to UAH 200,000 without the mandatory requirement to create jobs.
Families of fallen or missing defenders may receive up to UAH 1 million, provided four jobs are created.
The range of eligible veteran beneficiaries has been expanded: grants of up to UAH 1 million are now available not only to defenders and their spouses, but also to parents, adult children, and legal guardians.
Applicants who have successfully implemented a previous grant will be able to apply for an additional micrograntto further develop their business.
The application process will become more convenient — once the technical implementation is completed, applications can be submitted through several banks via the Diia app.
Grant obligations will be temporarily suspended not only for mobilized individuals, but also for prisoners of war or those missing in action — until their status is clarified.
Applications under the “Vlasna sprava” and “Grant for veterans and their spouses” programs are now open. Applications can be submitted online via Diia.
