Mykolaiv Territorial Community: New Projects for Economic Growth and Infrastructure Development**
The desire to create new things, the search for and development of ambitious, promising projects is a sign of healthy progress in the process of just transition. This is the formula by which coal communities in Dnipropetrovsk region are moving forward today.
Recently, the head of the Association of Coal Communities of Ukraine, Andriy Tabinskyy, visited one such community, the Mykolaiv Village United Territorial Community. Many residents of the community have worked for many years at the enterprises of DTEK PAVLOHRADCOAL PRJSC, which have played an important role in employing local residents. Despite everything, the community is not standing still and is constantly seeking options for attracting extra-budgetary funds for the development of the economy and infrastructure.
"We discussed with the head of the community, Viktor Odevtsov, options for launching new projects in the community, particularly focusing on the prospects of creating an industrial park. This will provide a great impetus for both the development of the economy and the filling of the budget, as well as ensure the creation of new high-paying jobs.
We agreed on further close cooperation, specifically the Association will provide support in the process of preparing the industrial park project. We also plan to organize training for the community's project managers and facilitate the attraction of international technical assistance," stated Andriy Tabinskyy.
