Polaris Invites Communities to Partner!

The Swedish-Ukrainian Polaris Program announces a call for proposals to support mobile public service delivery projects.

Winning communities will receive:

– expert and mentoring support;

– a passenger car equipped with a mobile service kit.

Projects may include crisis response, veteran support, administrative service center activities, assistance for vulnerable groups, and other initiatives.

Eligibility criteria:

– strong motivation to cooperate with the Program and readiness to implement changes;

– community located in territory under Ukrainian control;

– population of at least 10,000 residents.

Applications are open to communities in: Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Cherkasy and Chernihiv regions.
