Six Communities in Dnipropetrovsk Region will Receive Energy Manager’s Equipment Cases
Within the project “Supporting the Energy Resilience of Coal Communities in Dnipropetrovsk Region,” six communities will receive special Energy Manager’s Equipment Cases — sets of modern instruments for measuring, analyzing, and efficiently managing energy consumption in public buildings.
What’s inside the Energy Manager’s Equipment Case?
Devices that help specialists quickly identify heat losses, measure electrical parameters, light levels, humidity, air temperature, and CO₂ concentration.
With these instruments, communities will be able to conduct their own quick energy audits, plan energy-efficient solutions, and monitor the results of modernization.
Why is it important?
– enables communities to independently monitor building conditions and indoor climate parameters (in schools, kindergartens, administrative buildings);
– helps save resources and municipal budgets;
– prepares communities to participate in new energy-modernization programs.
The project is funded by the European Union through the Czech humanitarian organization People in Need and the NGO Ecoaction – Centre for Environmental Initiatives, and is implemented by the Centre for Economic Growth LRHub in partnership with the Association of Coal Communities of Ukraine.
