The First Homeowners Association in Sheptytskyi Applies for the Energodim Program
The homeowners association “Sokalska-28” has submitted an application to participate in the state energy efficiency support program Enerhodim, implemented by the Energy Efficiency Fund of Ukraine.
The program supports homeowners associations in implementing comprehensive or partial energy efficiency measures and provides reimbursement for a portion of eligible works and material costs.
“While some residents are still considering participation, the Sokalska-28 homeowners association has already decided to take action and assume responsibility for improving the energy performance of their building. A comprehensive thermal modernization process lies ahead, but it will ultimately lead to lower energy costs and improved living conditions,” said Mykhailo Melnyk, Energy Transition Expert at the Association of Coal Communities of Ukraine.
The implementation of such projects contributes to the systematic modernization of the community’s housing stock and promotes a responsible approach to the management of jointly owned property.
The specialists of the Association of Coal Communities of Ukraine provide advisory and organizational support throughout the application preparation and submission process, as well as ongoing assistance during the subsequent stages of project implementation.
