The Office of Just Transition: A New Space for the Development of the Chervonohrad Coal Region

The Head of the Association of Coal Communities of Ukraine, Andriy Tabinskyy, the Mayor of Chervonohrad, Andriy Zalivskyi, and the Advisor to the Project "Just Transition of Coal Regions and Green Recovery of Ukraine's Energy Sector," Nataliya Kovalchuk, visited the Office of Just Transition, which began operations this year in Chervonohrad.

The regional representative of GIZ (GIZ Ukraine) in Chervonohrad, Oleh Musii, showed the premises and equipment, and spoke about the numerous initiatives being implemented at the Office.

This modern urban space has essentially become a platform for meetings, discussions, and consultations on the transformation and development of the Chervonohrad coal microregion. The space includes a GIZ office and a conference room with all the necessary equipment for events and activities.
