Up to $30,000 in grant support is available from the international humanitarian organization Mercy Corps, funded by the UK Government (UK Aid) under the BLOOM II program (Building Livelihoods and Opportunities for Optimised Markets).
The program aims to restore and expand small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), supporting Ukrainian entrepreneurs who create jobs, drive economic growth, and strengthen local communities.
Funds may be used for:
– purchasing or upgrading production equipment;
– expanding production capacity;
– creating or preserving jobs;
– improving energy efficiency or production safety.
Eligible applicants: private entrepreneurs and legal entities registered in or willing to relocate to one of the following regions: Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson and Chernihiv.
Co-financing is required — up to 50% of the project’s total cost must be covered by the applicant’s own funds.
Deadline: none — applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
