Training and Grants of up to USD 2,000 for Education and Retraining for Individuals with Limited Economic Opportunities
The purpose of the program is to support people who have lost their jobs or businesses due to the war by helping them acquire new professional skills and secure employment. The funding covers the cost of certified training courses as well as organizational support provided by the program implementers.
Who can apply:
– Residents or internally displaced persons (IDPs) from target communities in Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions;
– Individuals with low income (up to UAH 7,570 per household member);
– Those seeking professional retraining or upskilling;
– Priority is given to persons with disabilities, IDPs, single parents, people of pre-retirement age, ethnic minorities, and veterans.
